...igned check of 3 Lacs!!!! Not even kidding, ask any recently joined employees. Bond condition is that if you break it, you'll have to pay all the salary you've received till now plus 1 Lac. If you're leaving before 18 months. THESE CONDITIONS ARE WRITTEN IN THE BOND, PLEASE READ IT BEFORE SIGNING. While hiring, they'll say that, "you'll receive 15k per month for 3 months of probation, and after that your package will be decided in range of 3.6 to 4.2LPA. " but in reality probation will go on for around 6+ months with same salary of 15k and after that they'll give you 3.6LPA only, there's no negotiations for it. It's a false promise. You'll have to work on Saturdays as well until you're in so called probation period. And yes time will be flexible ofcourse, somedays you'll be working for 8Hrs, somedays it'll be 9Hrs, sometimes 10hrs too. About appraisal, they have yearly increment policies, which is good. But for example, you joined in January and your so called probation ended in April or may or June or even july. So your increment cycle won't be your joining time, it'll be from the end of the probation period. So your first increment apart from the promised 3.6 LPA will be like after 1.5+ years of joining. Regarding the high ratings of the company, they ask us to come in the cabin and post the review, almost every employee has done it. So don't fall for it, verify things before signing the bond. So, before joining the company please think twice, you can contact their current or former employees about the things I've mentioned.

I had good experience with this company, There are so many wonderful things about working for this company. My favourite is probably the flexibility i have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on resume and allow them to gain a lot of knowledge.

The name says that the company was "Extended Web AppTech-Work-Life-Balance" and it is really Work-Life-Balance. Everyone is very supportive, including the HR department, Management, Team Leads etc simply I can say the best of at all in the working culture.
