No Scope for Growth in Career or to share your experience or make any suggestions in improving existing processes.Just blindly do your work, don't say anything even if there are any issues in the existing processes, employee doesn't have any right to express his opinion even for the benefit of the company.

Work Life Balance is the only positive. You won't get even a call after the office hours

No Job Security. Salary Packages are Divided in to 2 Parts as Fixed & Variable Pay. But you won't get the Variable Pay at last.

it is not a pleasant environment for people who have individual mindsets and creative abilities, who intend to carve a niche in their work place, it is just rote working and unappreciated, lacking ethics and morality and job security is totally zero. Conniving & back stabbing quality is required to work and sustain there.

There's no words to say dislike. The carrier growth only I will try to reach the highest position in my industry based on my current experience. Also to learn more and adaptive day to day update in new policy which is applicable
