...ture revolved around making the employees work for as minimum a pay as possible. Also, they never paid salary on time. In fact people who left the company weren't even paid for their notice period.

Nothing. Absolute trash company just looking to suck the life force out of their employees.

Dislikes

They never pay you on time. Expectations are sky high and the upper management is toxic. I couldn't last for even 2 months. The company doesn't care about their employees and the entire job is based around false hopes. They are super uptight about the attendance (biometrics) and that is alright if we're atleast paid on time (I'm talking about the late 20s of a month, btw. It's a sinking ship and it's absolutely disgusting the way they run it.

NOTHING TO LIKE They deduct TDS from salary but do not submit to INCOME TAX,it doesn't show in your income and TDS ,NEVER GIVEN SALARY ON TIME ,NOBODY REPLIES THOUGH YOU APPROACH THEM PROFESSIONALLY ,BLOOD SUCKING

The pathetic company to work for... they never inform at the time of interview that the salary comes late... they need business from new employees but proper salary they can't even afford PF contribution Salary committed 70000 paid only 29000 when asked reason they mentioned attendance worked in marketing dept... Making calls going out places thru can't afford travel expenses I am requesting not to join this company

I had to follow up for PF July PF they contributed in October had filed a labour case in 3 meetings they attended only once.... Reason insufficient funds The labour office also mentioned approach court... Did not have the strength

...t of people's are suffering because of this company 1) they don't provide PF 2) they will not provided salary on time 3) Even you are resigning from the organisation they will not provide your salary 4) No one will pick the call in the organisation 5) service to OHC & other client is in terrible manner 6) They don't have any humanitarian mind only money grabbing mind they have.
