I believed that if one works in an Institution considering it as his own then one is happy in any situation. I liked everything in this Institute except for some Hickups from colleagues.Career graowth wise it is a superb place to climb heights

It's a coaching industry. Teachers are treated as machines.

No work life balance. Hatred from management They expect u to take class even on sundays. The chairman and his wife are baffoons, who love praising themselves. All the staffs are quitting. Feels sorry regarding the plight of students. Chairman calls himself mathematics wizard. I. Reality he forces junior staffs like us to listen to his so called classes... Still in the colonial mentality.
