...to work for them from colleges. Dont fall for the trap. Company is ridiculous. I was one of the top students of my college and I got placed in multiple companies with similar pay, I declined all of them just to join this company now i am benched for more than year. On asking they say "Learn something IT related at home". If i was to sit at home and learn why would i join this company? Try for some better companies.Go to this company if no option.

Great oppurtunity to learn new technologies. Always try to implement the newest one's in project. Excellent work-life balance. Very flexible on work from home option.

Salary date is not on 31st but on first working day of every month. It will be definitely on time.

...working on. Management is listening to our concerns and trying to rectify those. Now pay scale is revised and gets a decent benefit for most of the employees. Also providing additional benefits like late-night work allowance, work from home allowances, etc.

Sheer learning curve Fantastic team members(based on multiple project experience) Quite a good number of learning platforms to upskill ourselves Work-life balance is not that bad (although it depends on the project and the end customer delivery needs) Generally, no leg-pulling or cheap show off's Pretty decent hikes if you are a good resource who sticks with the company for a longer duration I haven't heard of any lay-offs so far

The perks are not that great. They need to improve in this area. The process behind the promotion is a grey area. Not much support for sports activities Recent HR processes and HR tools are a nightmare Good amount of rooms and other office facilities,However lacking the bare minimum facility to clean your dish!
