With the new management, in the name of reorganization they are negating all previous offers, terma and conditions signed at the time of accepting the job as recent as 6 months back! Don't get fooled by their recruitment videos on LinkedIn...it's a farce/facade!

1. Get to learn about Bureau data. 2. Hands-on experience with python and other tools to an extent. 3. Credit market to an extent with business understanding. 4. How to face clients and handle with management.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance 2. Toxic work environment 3. Iteration rate is very high amongst different level, Leadership is somehow unstable throughout the period. 4. Your job will be secure till you're performing "upto the mark", but this is very subjective to management. 5. In terms of perks and benefits you'll hardly get anything like 2-3 team dinner/lunch over a year. 6. Accountability is lagging to deal with any project end to end. 7. Have to face mood swings and unprofessional behaviour.

One of the best organization to work with. Maange thanks and leaders will support and guide you wherever needed. Incentive and perks are best in the industry.

Healthy atmosphere, Easy to approach top level Managers, flexibility of working.... I take this opportunity to thank all my EXPERIAN leaders for there timely support during pandemic...... Salute to all the decission maker.

Increment should be every 6month. Need to increase the medical benefits amount.... considering the current scenario.
