The salary structure EXL offers is kind of partial. There is huge gap between salary of IITans(A grade institute) and others(NITs or Other institute) at equal level of experience.

First of all I am speechless for this company. I worked here for 7 years and trust me it is one and only company where I have not feel any stress for 7 seconds. One of the best place to work in across NCR. Awesome experience and if I get an opportunity to work as a QA or Business Analyst so I will definitely work always.

Dislikes

Salary packages are not too much as per costliness but I would say that comfort and money can not earn at one place.

Mandatory overtime without overtime pay. Most of the joiners are freshers so that the manager can easily handle or replace them. Don’t know whether this is with a specific team under a toxic manager or within the entire company. Some of my coworkers is taking therapy to handle the work pressure where the hourly charge of therapy cost higher than the daily salary.

Being a big organization and primarily into client servicing business, EXL has lot of opportunities specifically in Analytics. The support during COVID has been good...with no salary cuts and they reimburse almost all office related expenses. Appraisals are soon to come

Pay difference, not many opportunities to shift projects, if you don't like current one

I can say for new joinee it's best plat from to start career . Nice culture and good to learn new things and have good idea about corporate industry. Work -life balance is good . If u have new idea and innovation u can share with industry.

Yes I can say salary and appraisal is not upto the mark . It's just average and appraisal it is also average not that good. Every industry have politics , Exl also have but I think for a new joinee it's time to learn so time to learn politics .
