Working environment of EXL is good. Salary is on time if you're having a good relationship with your HR. Company's location is good and the environment there is peacefull & calm. Working staff are cooperative and give you enough space & time to learn.

Dislikes

Lots of work burden is always there. Although company's location is good but it's too far from the city area. If you're new you'll face difficulty in the begining to get a transport from metro to EXL and EXL to metro. There's hardly any means of transport you'll get there. There's no nearby market nearby the EXL.

Connectivity is doable with no regrets vis a vis Infrastructure. Whatever the salary ... its disbursed before last day of month.. .solace!

Dislikes

Culture is terrible. Its more of follow me types.... . no place for No! Further expectation is to be availble 24x7... given the BPO culture! Pointless to go on in this endless discussion.

...(Mon-Fri) Managers and people are supportive and plenty of learning opportunity. Salary structure is good, but it depends on your ability and experience how much you can get.

Dislikes

Resources are less so as a lead or manager one has to manage a lot of things. Work is also mostly reporting and basic analysis, so finding a very technical learning role could be tricky

The best thing about EXL is that you will be heard. Specially senior management is very supportive and understanding. Company provides with enough opportunities to grow in career and fair chances are given to almost everyone.

Dislikes

Salary brackets can be better as compared to market standards. Appraisals can be improved for better employee retention and satisfaction.

...rs in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. A lot of leaders who act like solution experts have no technical skillset in data science or AI and only make life difficult by obstructing and questioning work due to their lack of knowledge.
