They can remove any employee any time without any notification and salary I worked more than 1 year. They are making Orissa people fool by paying minimum wage only INR. 6000 per month.

Compensation is decent.but growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.Some time i was to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and some time late into the night.manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, Which is why i was to take back my suggestion most of the time.i do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also, there is no on - job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometime

As i joined as fresher here all those about only for Angul Branch and their manager so good and supportive specially (Subham Sir) very possitive for their staff as duty hr and after duty hour.

Thing should be improve in office infrastructure in Angul Branch and enviorment...
