Slow career growth. Salary hike is very minimum. Some cases target and salary are no match. Promotion cycle is slow. There is no holiday for work. Your work may extend on holidays also. You will like to work only if you want to learn if you expect Mnc culture than very difficult. If your boss is good your life at exide is good.

Parsilities with pay roll off roll employees All sales executive upper to lower post work for dealer distributor against commission service man also . Company aise logo ko pal kar rkhti hai jo chamcha giri karte hai chori karte hai market nhi jate hai , kam karne wale ki value nhi jo nhi karte wo achchhe hai maine apne 14year k carier me yahi dekha ki pramotion sirf chatukar logo ko hi milta hai . Ye company me 90% log sirf or sirf company ko loot rhe hai .

Super brand power but no job security no good salary ..to much pressure which is come from your rsm asm com .... Work load is very high. Specially in off seasons. This company follows use and through appointment.

1. Growth is very poor both in terms of salary and promotions. 2. Very complicated hierarchy. 3. No support from higher management.
