1. You have to stay whole night in office on month end 2. Every day meeting in meet with same speach again and again 3. Abusive language used by RSM and ASM 4. Personal attack and personal talk like ( teri kiti gf he meri 5 he said by ASM) 5. Mentally harashmet by ASM & RSM 6. No support by ASM just fake promishes 7. ASM come to market after 4pm before that he was in home taking his meal when ever you call him 8. No support from ASM When he was with us in feeld just rubish talk 9. ASM dot do any thing just talk 10. Be aware of "chatu employe" 11. OLD ASM was very supportiv 12. Too much poltics towrds hard work employe 13. You will judge by your carecter 14. RSM will make jock on you in wp group and harash you with pics Dont join in GUJARAT Territory if you are planning

No promotion, No salary increasement ,No security for job actually I have work with Exide industries limited from last 2.5 years but still no promotion and no salary increasement , system is so lazy and poor I have my waste 2.5 years of my golden carrier.......👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Slow career growth. Salary hike is very minimum. Some cases target and salary are no match. Promotion cycle is slow. There is no holiday for work. Your work may extend on holidays also. You will like to work only if you want to learn if you expect Mnc culture than very difficult. If your boss is good your life at exide is good.

Financially stable company. Salary and expenses are given on time.

No work life balance. Senior managers acts like they're are the owner of this company. No training for the job. If you're facing any problem in your work, they'll simply fire you. Very slow growth even after years of working. HR is just a puppet. Worst nightmare working in Exide.
