It is really a good opportunity to work in.Exide. I have learnt many things with my superiors and higher officials and they guide me in different situation when i required which i like the most in my company.

Honestly,I have dissent with my salary package in Exide.

The management recently changed. Work Life Balance is good. Flexible timings. Good for new mother's. Very bad for freshers.

Dislikes

1. The culture is very political 2. HR is very weak 3. Compensation commitment is wrong 4. Benefits are less 5. Very hierarchical in nature 6. No focus on skill development 7. Decision making is shaky

...sh, Only motive they work is for targets and will not encourage for long healthy relationship and indeed no empathy towards Brand Variable pay will be always compromised

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

- No job Security, they will transfer you anywhere in India without informing you - Toxic Work atmosphere, no work-life balance - Mid Night stay on Monthend - Too much politics in Gujarat Team, as a girl you can't growth in this firm because other employees make fun and characterization of you
