The most like of this company is salary system.its give salary on time and also boost employees to do KAIZEN and get appraisal.Another good thing is our colleagues comes from various cultures like Uttarakhand, Jaipur,Punjab etc.

Growth is very slow even after 3-4 years it's work b.tech engineer as a trainee engineer.

... is not, Like this is production company and 1year is enough in production. Salary is very lack so I want to switch. Exicom tele system is good for diploma holders.

...n it's good otherwise never join or you can join if u have financial problem. 5)salary at time of training - 10k Salary off role after training - 14-16k Salary on role after training - 20-22k 6)People are working since last 2 years without any increment or promotion.

...n't join in production department in you are an engineer it's full time waste. 5)Initially when u join the company they will not tell you about the salary ever time when you ask they will say that your salary will be decided after your training of 2 months. 6)When I got my offer letter it was mentioned that the training will be of 6 and their was no information about the shift system and all and why I put in production department noting, for all these questions they have only one answer I.e depending upon performance. After 3day Induction program it was told that ur training will only be of 2months and only in production department. 7)The whole HR team is worst. 8)when i went to ask for switching my department from production to R&D, of of HR team member straight away no.

...rst HR only recognise seniors or who they know well. Actually they are biased. Salary always received late. Zero supporting behaviour. Almost Managers are so rude.
