Before 2023, the old management was good. The AGM's behavior is rude. He changed the Exicom battery environment: no work-life balance, no time management, overwork, and less salary. Now, Exicom energy has only a political environment."

The working culture of Exicom Tele-System Limited is very very very nice. Employee can easily learn much more things from here without worry about work load.

Exicom mostly hired employees as off role. The increment in salary and promotion is very very vey bad here even if you do any great thing here.
