While I enjoy working at Exemed, sometimes processes can feel a bit complicated, and communication between teams could be better. However, the supportive culture makes it easier to handle these challenges

Exemed pharma is well growing company. Company management is much good. Management listening employees problem and provide solution and guidance for personal and professional growth. Best thing is management given freedom to doing your work without any pressure and present your thoughts, ideas for development and company's benefit.

I don't think to have any dislike for Exemed Pharmaceuticals. You can find work pressure in all companies it's doesn't matter, matters only how you handel pressure and give your best.

Good staff, Supportive seniors. Also having a spacious facilities both Vapi and Vadodara. Working culture is good but sometimes thing's goes out of mind.

Dislikes

In Vapi facility both API and Formulation are available but management is interested to expand formulation development in this site only. So there is no future in API for Vapi facility.
