The sole advantage of Quess is that we get a week off and improved working hours.

Dislikes

There is a lot more to say about hate, discomfort and things at Quess, but if we must, it goes like this. Despite having a week off, we are asked to come in on most Saturdays, and our manager tells us to stay even after working hours at the office. And the worst part is that, when we toiled with these working hours, the company made huge profits off of it, but we did not receive a salary increase in the same manner. This is a catastrophe for employees like us.

Company is very employee centric , they will give a stable career with good compensations. Great platform . Open to Ideas and flexibility to take business calls .

Travel Policies can be improved , especially food allowances should be raised for level 4& below

Everything, It was always a joy to work for Excelus. The CEO, Training Team, Operations Team, Quality and all people are best at hand holding the employees to perform excellently.

Nothing, But there are some office politics at very low level. Higher management is very clear and firm on company Core values.
