Do not this agency at all First of all they don't tell you the job description and then they take you to the field sales for collecting donations for their clients. Do not waste your time here.

This company is complete disaster. Find another, they will hire you and fire you at time of raise, they keep hiring freshers or anyone who is ready to work at their given salary. And fire the experience one to reduce expenses for their company.

A cult for people who are good at lying, hyper enthusiastic, pretentious and those who would like to stay up on their feet walking around the city and doing face to face selling... Basically door to door selling. If you're interested in traveling most hours of the day in a city like Mumbai, go for it. If you want to do it for the experience and not for a stable income while doing so, again, go for it.

Unnecessarily calling early (8 am) just to waste a good 1-2 hours Tue-Sun on stupid dancing, cheering (as a wake-up call apparently), I wonder why they'd need that, the employees would do better with that 1-2 hours wasted. No fixed salary. You'll waste your first day on first interview, then your second day where they'll take you on door to door selling in the group of three for the entire day, and on the third day they'll explain in great details the "benefits" of working there and offer you a offer letter. Personally, I felt none of them as a benefit, but whatever sails your boat. Practically you'll be working on a commission basis. And all these three days, they'll make you write stupid q and a paper (don't worry, it's very basic, but again totally unnecessary, waste of time, which I don't even think they read most of it). It seems nothing but a pyramid scheme; if you've the time and are okay with working on a peasant's wage while working more than your superiors every single day but earning less than they do. The long term benefits are not promised. Good luck if you decide to go ahead anyway. I wish you the best regardless of what you choose. Peace out!

Worst Hr People,after shortlisting You for the interview they keep on irritating you by gvng back to back calls from different numbers,once u visit there hr doesnt co-operate properly,gets rude as well
