New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Neat and clean office as well as factory. Discipline.

Dislikes

... of factory workers works for more than 10 hrs a day. Very strict working hours. Employee's salary can be deducted if they even 1 minute late. Sometimes employees need to come on Sunday without any double payment. They only may get 200 rupees and no extra payment apart from that.

Nothing. Horrible.

Dislikes

Humiliation and harassment . No one is working there from long time. Infact 3-4 months is enough to tolerate them. If any one decided to join there then I suggest don't join there. Horrible situation. Owner of the company is very rudeness and every time try to humilate without any valid reason. Don't join there. If you will join there then you can understand everything within 15 days. Don't spoil your life to join there.

HR policy is not standard: 1. Policy Changes each and everyday 2. Unnecessarily employees have to stay after duty hours. 3. Senior/Department Head have not educational qualifications only they have favour of Owners, as a result mid level staff have to suffer.
