Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Great Environment with good learning.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Expected to work even after office hours and on weekends. People pleasers are promoted quickly. A lot of politics and favoritism. The HR department is very weak. Head HR (Shilpi) has no idea of work and is only there in the company because of playing favorites. Employees are overworked and underpaid.
