If your work is recognised you get to work on newer projects irrespective of your experience. Also, you can reach out to senior management easily.

... skill improvement is stopped. You just got experience of what you are doing. Also, PF is not deducted for all employees, so you get more in-hand salary but I feel PF should be deducted.

Having spent a substantial amount of time and effort, I can say that Excellon has helped me in shaping as a professional being. Quite simply an introverted turned out as extrovert.

...ng. No on-job training. Senior folks like me have to guide fresher step-by-step. Salary is credited to your account a bit late may be during second/third week of the month.

This company has fired 28approx. Employees ... including me due to corona...even without any prior notice and extra pay...... They will make u work like an animal ...and managers r pathethic ..specially for girls....hope I could have named him here

Work like an animal and all that is because of ur managers lack of knowledge on process...so he is always afraid of facing clients and make u represent whole
