I had lost my job in Pandemic. I had been facing so much problem to get job on my desired salary.but Excel gens offered me good salary without saying any word.and when i have joined the excel gens team.the work culture is superb. And seniours are very helping nature and i am happy in this company. 🤗

Dislikes

No work-life balance, the Delivery managers and leads impose non sense and stupid rules just to show that they have power. The company needs to look into its management who they are giving power to and how are they using it. Poor way of talking to employees and un required poking.

Working with Gartner was superb. On boarding was good by ExcelGens

Dislikes

The changes that happened on ExcelGens side on offer letter day was bit disappointing. My contract was reduced to half from 6 to 3 months.
