...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very night sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours so no any problem. Company is good and working hard and any time present in duty our trawling and day and night duty but no any issue I don't dislike working this company. And main issues leave this company my work please is out my town thanks

Excel Security gives good Salary . It gives 4 holiday in a month. Other companies do not give good Salary & holiday. Excel Security has contract with Reliance. Reliance is a brand.In Reliance Security Gaurd has more power . In Reliance work culture is very good. You learn new skills in working with Excel Security.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
