Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Texcel engineering Pvt Ltd are very poor company then so many problems creat such as no any facilities for a staff and work and moral activities down in this company and salary problem after 3 moth given a back moth salary no welfare facilities so many problems so I dislike this company and full and final salary not given to any staff at least some salary due all the employees

Good work environment, GM was too good.. Like you can get more knowledge through him, he will involve and treats every employee in same way. He listen every person ideas , be it a intern or new employee .
