...the respect to anyone. Kind of a dictator policy is running in this institute. Your salary will not be credited untill you ask them after that they will take a time of 3-4 months to get salary credited. If you resign as per the policies they will not gonna clear your FNF. I must say beware of these kind of institutions. Kindly check with ex employee and people who work for exmapur.

There is very to like about Exampur but still I like the work ambience and colleagues there.

...don't work with proper management. 2. Managing part is worst in the industry. 3. You will recieve your salary 1 month late.

Exampur has a good working culture and the whole team supports each other like a family.

Dislikes

There is an issue of salary in Exampur which is never credited on time. Salary is delayed for almost two months.

There's honestly nothing to like about this place.

No management. It's messy. No systems/process in place....it all haywire. Salary delay is a major issue ..it can get delayed upto 3 to 4 months.. management team doesn't respond or bother as such. Terrible experience.

1. Owner is laundibaaz. 2. Salary delay upto 3 month min. 3. It's not a company, it's a factory where majdoor has to do work without money. 4. They have HR , but HR don't know their work. 5. Bhikhari company.
