Good work environment. Excellent management team and company policies. They pay good salary to all their employees. But it is difficult to secure job in Evonik. But you get opportunity to learn and develop new skills. People are very kind and supportive.

Dislikes

Terrible HR policies, especially & exclusively designed for India employees. Right from compensation grades to the leave policy, everything is designed frugal (considering bare minimum regulatory requirements alone). Talent acquisition department discriminates in salaries (even employees with equal designations have wide-wide-wide difference in compensations paid). Never compromise on negotiating hard with talent acquisition managers before accepting the offer. And, never make a mistake of believing that, they're from MNC and hence have ethics (the mindset is pretty much similar to local companies; indeed lower hierarchy HR staff have come from local companies only). Evonik pays, just be patient in negotiating (don't fall prey to their tactics that we've a candidate in backup, we've pay bracket for this grade, etc.). Good luck!

It was excellent experience about teammates specially Technical service dept. During my 6 months training i work on different projects. this experience is help me for my future development work. Work environment is good. About innovations (after all this is Eudragit research center ) that's why the working is completely innovatives.

I really like my manager and the fact that she has a vision for my future at the company. I also really appreciate that my strengths are being utilised.

Dislikes

I do not appreciate that I have a different official email, I am not allowed to be part of most conferences (eg ACSM) and most of all the fact that I have to make an effort for the smallest things ( eg getting a business card or getting my contract on time ). The processes are extremely slow.

During Covid-19 company implements all safety rules and regulations, which are announce by Central and State govt. Work Culture of company regarding safety is very excellent.

Dislikes

Process for New projects very complicated and slow response.
