What you dislike.? There is nothing to be liked. There have been occurences of unprofessional behaviour from the Management, which has undermined respect & productivity. Instances of favourism & unequal treatment of employees have created soch a toxic and divisive atmosphere within the team where even spending a single minute is unbearable. There is a noticeable lack of recognition for hard work and achievements, which has led to feelings of being undervalued and demotivated. These guys were planning to put me on PIP/ demote all because of these useless behaviours. There is lack of poor to poorest leadership, the manager doesn't know how to speak to a woman and pretends that nothing happened. There is zero screen growth, you'll get demotivate nothing else once you join Evolve Brands. These guys should thank me instead because I've not revealed each of their names.

After working for 2½ years.My personal experience there was only memorable because of the people employed there with me, my teammates. They were the ones that no one could have asked for, the best ones around the world. More like a family. Supportive, smart, innocent and always available whenever you needed them.

The company in Delhi, evolve team is very support and good behavior. The process is calling process am very like the atmosphere,I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

There is no-job training for freshers, and we are join the company after 3 month we are permanent,
