No on time PF, no on time salary monthly salary has no fix date, 8hr 45min working per day anonymous leave rules and policies, good HR in bad company culture, poor management. HR has unclear answer to every thing related to process, resources and management full startup environment even after company has completed 10+ years no clear process for employees

After working in 3 different companies I found that this companies work culture is really nice to work with, the company is really growing fast, all the employees are really cooperative, no micro management. But yes there are some areas to improve.

Dislikes

Fixed work hours, lack of parking space as located in a key location, need to face traffic while coming and going.

Do not join this company by just lookin at the product demo. horrible organization to work. Pathetic management, they claim stars and moons but in real they are not worth of even a startup. profit oriented company, HR person was good but had no clarity of the decision taken by management. Very bad experience with HR department, says something and acts differently. completely unorganizad company, i got to know they have not given the PF from last 2 years, no increment on time they will extent the appraisal and you remain in a loop for years expecting a hike, no medical facilities, even basic infrastructure is missing here.
