Work culture are very nice. coordination between developers and tester is very good. same with senior members from the team.

Dislikes

compensation is less compare to other company’s with same level of experience. but work life balance is very nice.

...ab facility, overtime allowance etc. Learning depends on your project and team. Apart from that you entitled to use one month of salary amount on any elearning or certification as per your requirement which can help your carrier and organization goals as well

Office location and facilities are limited which could be improved.

...It respects one's personal life and gives ample amount of time to focus on both. The company has even provided monetary compensation to set-up home office and continue that. One of the best employers I have worked for.

Dislikes

Internal processes (e.g. exit formalities) need to improve (the team is already working hard on that). Hiring process should be monitored to avoid favouritism. Interviews are being flooded with candidates from same company.

Yes they had a good pay... but pathetic working culture, no upskilling, unnecessary favouritism

The business leaders at Evolent are absolutely careless about analysing the future of the business. In the name bringing new projects they conduct surplus hirings and they layoff as soon as they find themselves in a loss

Almost everything. They have diverse culture which really helps people identify their potential and put it forward for company and individual growth.

Dislikes

Nothing actually. They can do some better job in maintaining compensation as per market standard for some roles.
