There is one thing I learn from working in this company. I have realised how smart some people can be in startup companies. There is really boring that I had gained from working in this company for 3 months.

Dislikes

...ny are into horrible activities such as smoking drinking and late night parties. There was really no job security in this company and their pay is too less. For a guy who was getting (supposed to get) 12k per month for 3 months, they used to pay 10% TDS which is a total waste of our effort and is paid by the company.

The company make changes recently in management and has brought lot of changes in culture. It is good for Freshers for learning and if you are talented and commited can grow fast

Salary 1st year can be limited compared to MNC.but seniour they pay well

Pros: I have been working in Evobi automations as a unity 3d dev, The experience was quite enriching, I learned a lot, understood the whole pipeline by creating a product from start to end. The work culture is not quite set-up but, everyone knows and mingles with everyone, regardless of your department. There is no hierarchy, so you can directly approach anyone, if you have an issue.

Dislikes

Cons: You'll see and hear everyone complain about the work-life balance in the company, The timings are strict and the schedules are tight, and they are continuously into innovations, so you might find yourself hopping from one project to another or from one department to another, some of the times which can be frustrating.

Likes

You will learn a lot . The working culture is really good .even if your seniors will scold you when you do mistakes in work they will be the one to hangout with u when u r out of office.Even the CEO will be like ur buddy.

Dislikes

Work life balance will be less.
