GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

There is nothing to like about this company. Everthing s just dislike over here. Not an single thing to like here. If you like to work 24 x 7, without any increment, without any work life balance, without any competative salary, without any appreciation then it's very big Like for you to this company. Then you can work here.

...th and all that. But behind there is nothing. It's completely empty from inside. If you want to work like "Mazdur" without any competative pay, with lots of office politics, with no personal life time, then you can join this company. The management team takes away all the profit of the company and gives nothing to employees, they are earning i crores and giving only some thousanaads to employees, No increment, no allowance nothing. Worst company to work at, Worst management, Worst managers.

...nal life, EVERYTHING. so later on CEO can use it like a weapon to humiliate you. When I joined there was no HR policy, they used to give salary in cash and HR used to send emails to employees for salary. HR policy can change anytime and they will FORCE you to give your Acknowledgment on it. No salary slips no PF no other benefits. They kept on telling people they will give Incentives on the sales done by BDE but never received. There is 10% Deduction on your Salary every month, in terms of Security amount, for what god only knows. they will keep it even when you are leaving the company, and these clauses are nowhere mentioned in offer letter. Everything is verbal here. No FnF policy even when the employee is serving the notice period. they will cut the security amount, so more you work in this place, more you lose money, rather than making it. Here it is expected to work after shift, they kind of enjoy it, and treat you like this. They will insist to do it if you do not obey. they will keep torturing you in other things for that. 6 days are working, and the CEO will expect you to work on Sundays as well. Yes, he directly gets involved in everything, there is no procedures or positions. If you are educated, coming from a good environment, and willing to grow, this place is a big NO. So If you ever come across a Job at eVitalRx, Run the other way. It is not worth to sacrifice so much for a paycheck.

Saturday is working The CEO is involved in small personal and company matters because he doesn’t know the actual responsibility of a CEO and also doesn’t trust his own CTO. The HR policies are the worst ever—there is no HR department. Upper management handles everything; even the CEO performs the HR duties. One of the worst rules is employees have to submit their mobile at one of the desk. Also, in all the leave you apply CEO will be personally be involved for leave reasons; it feels like prison. All the upper management don't know how to run an IT tech company or have not worked on any good reputable company; that's why they are all trying to make HR policies stricter day by day. They want a Majdoor, not an intelligent employee.
