When I joined there was no HR policy, they used to give salary in cash and HR used to send emails to employees for salary. HR policy can change anytime and they will FORCE you to give your Acknowledgment on it. No salary slips no PF no other benefits. They kept on telling people they will give Incentives on the sales done by BDE but never received. There is 10% Deduction on your Salary every month, in terms of Security amount, for what god only knows. they will keep it even when you are leaving the company, and these clauses are nowhere mentioned in offer letter. Everything is verbal here. No FnF policy even when the employee is serving the notice period. they will cut the security amount, so more you work in this place, more you lose money, rather than making it. Here it is expected to work after shift, they kind of enjoy it, and treat you like this. They will insist to do it if you do not obey. they will keep torturing you in other things for that. 6 days are working, and the CEO will expect you to work on Sundays as well. Yes, he directly gets involved in everything, there is no procedures or positions. If you are educated, coming from a good environment, and willing to grow, this place is a big NO. So If you ever come across a Job at eVitalRx, Run the other way. It is not worth to sacrifice so much for a paycheck.
