Syntel is very good for beginners and for short period ,but u can't consider syntel as for long period , my personal advise just work for 1 or 2 year . U can learn the ca reconciliations market but for personal growth it is disaster . There is no hike no additional benefits ,no industry standard allowance ,no night allowance even line manger are getting forgot about associates

HR policy , no bonus , no salary hikes to any level of employee and it resulted high attraction level

The atmosphere is really causal so an new joiner didn't get that awkwardness. Also people are really helpful. Formals are not compulsory which is really good.

The main downside is it's salary which is really low. Increaments are also not that much. Even if you compare with other companies which are in the same sector they are providing much better salary.

... And their process was so good. It provides opportunities to explore the market. Everything was good except the payment and compensation.

...nation no one help. No one understand your problems like health issues and all.. there is pay out option in policy but management not approved

Syntel is one of the biggest and best company where we can learn lots of things it may be in work related activities or weekly trainings, or cultural activities, and in Syntel where we can see support and motivation....i love working in Syntel.......

The only thing is that less Salary package.
