I had work life balance as there were not much work at ATOS. The had a decent package already.

There is no job sescurity in ATOS. I strongly recommend not to join the ATOS as they would throw anyone out when you are not. Although ATOS was not like this before 2 years. This is what happening in ATOS from 2023. The company actually is coming for closure/sale of its part of the properties due to heavy debts, hence there is a volatile situation. There are no new projects coming in and also many of the projects are getting cancelled. The biggest problem with the company is the management is not at all worth enough to run an MNC and hence the downtime, which in turn has no furture for the employees. There are much politics involved in ATOS.

Spent a lot on infrastructure. Could’ve taken care of employees first.

Dislikes

... based on your performance but experience and favouritism skills that you carry. Worse Salary and Much favouritism resulting in loosing projects from clients. This company is never Employee Oriented! Would not recommend at all!

Good campus i would say though it is very outside and in the middle of nowhere.

Literally Everything is worst. Right from the management to HR. Salary is below industry standard and so are the benefits and promotion process. On top of that bill-ability for majority of employees here is a problem. Even seasoned employees have to wait for 6 months or more to get into a project. Company is in the loss after acquisition of syntel and now have separated as two companies , on top of that they layoff anyone without proper reason. Bad organisation to kickstart your career and even worse if you want to switch in this company! ** Bonus info they do : Even in 2023 they are not providing laptops to employees , employees have to work on cheap desktops . Very cheap and bogus policies they have from 2010 or something where even a fresher from 2021 is not able to get a simple laptop for 2 years . ( only employees with 4+ yrs) can get or even request laptop. Admin team has too much attitude for no reason.

...s good. Leave policy also good.but management and the managers are not not good. Normally if you are good boot licker of the managers then there is high chances of growth and salary hikes.

Learning and development will be there, Syntel policies are good. If you get Good Manager then Atos Syntel is a great place to work. I would have given Excellent if I would have rated 2 years before. Great place to learn

Manager centric, they will lie, act and spread false information. No Job Security - You may receive call at any time for employment termination with 2 months of basic pay. 10+ years of experience who leading a team will be in GCM level 3 but 4 years experience who is learning from that lead will be in GCM 4 Work life balance is a tragedy for some people, some male candidate should work 24/7.. The meaning of 24/7 is real(like starting at morning 6AM then continuously they should work till next day 3PM (33 hours) then 5 hours rest, after 5 hours if you didn't pick manager's call then they will escalate to upper level management then again that person should start his work that day evening. The above is true(our life become really hell with heath complications) one person should do 3 persons role. Lot of job threatening, blame game if we get wrong manager. Micromanagement is far better than the cheap blame game..
