At one situation organisation facing some financial issue but because of that delay salary was happen but from last 2 year they given salaries on time when organisation facing financial issue Md sir has not defrauded anyone's even 1 rupee payment

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The facility of this company is good but system in the company to be improved. A fresher can learn so much. Ombudsman policy is good.

Employee work for money after achieving experience but in evertogen you won't get salary hike for 2 years also. Department heads are worst. Company encourages partiality. Plant head is main drawback of company, he doesn't have product knowledge.

One person named B.Ramamuni Reddy Who is the handling both Quality and Operations is such a corrupt person. (even I can't tell you in words what kind of Nonsense he is) Those person who can please him by means of anything he is giving the increment ( NOTE: Applicable with girls only). MD is blindly trusting him as he is the most knowledgeable as well as most trusted person but he is actually a gold digger only, he doesn't have any knowledge what is the quality of a product deals with. He neither have any experience nor any knowledge he only knows how to fool Mr. Kattamuri the MD of the company. Those who are very special to the Plant head cum Quality head she can come to office on her own flexible Time. No ladies staff is safe here.

Mr. Rama Muni Reddy plant head he is all dislikes of this organization. His only work is interfering in HR functions misleading MD and giving false information about other departments. He lives on complaining others... they call him Luchchaa.
