There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slowly.there is bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

The company culture is worst, the salary payment will be delayed by 20-30 days after the month completion. The CEO of the company shows partiality on the staff members. No job security, the company performance going down day by day. Most of the supplier and employees will shout at the management for non-payment of salary and their credit payment. The Accounts incharge will not support any department at all. He behaves as a psycho and will not make Full and Final settlement to EX-exployees for years. Please don't joint in this organisation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team civil engineer and another plus point is multi national company.

Compensation is decent. but growth is slow, because poor managemant system for CEO level. Its not active for who is good engineer. If the client and PMC is says who is the best engineer, but CEO is not believe, Believing whats the spy is say nagative.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
