Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. My manager is fantastic. This company don't just dump people people that aren't hitting goals in the first Month. I've seen them help motivate agents to reach their goals without negative pressure and once you do the money is great. The goals are very obtainable and realistic as well... I'm a Remote agent.
