No job security, HR not friendly ,work politics , irrelevant Skills based work , Recruiting for different skills assigned different Work, no one cares about employees ,waste worest work culture , most of employees reabadged from other company's, It's purely service based , you will get frustrated every day ,if they want to do somting they can there are no values ,no employee support not good Hr Policy's, if you send your concerns to highy level leadership they will not care it's purely business

Work wise you'll be good if you standby your thoughts and don't need to be a slave. Free food and transport were awesome. Goodies are there but can be improved.

Dislikes

Indian managers with their service based mindset of micro management. Not all, but some. You should be unlucky if you're placed under them. 3 months notice period for a product based company. Strict 9 hours and 3 days WFO. Unwritten policy.

Evernorth started its services from April 2024 in Hyderabad and it's growing rapidly . Hyderabad innovation Hub is given more preference for hiring new talent across Cigna entities. As of now work life balance is good and senior leadership is positive in their approach.

There are no negative aspects as of now with Evernorth.
