Everything.Its better to stay jobless then to join a toxic work environment. Joining this company will lead you to mentally disturbed. One will not be able to manager his/her personal life. The managyis worst.

The only thing good here is wfh culture.

HR and Managers are not helpful. HR don't respond on our queries on time. HR directs to Manager and Manager directs to HR for Salary increment thing when I asked. No scope of learning here, multiple times I reached out for learning scheduling but nobody helped me.

Top management including Senior VP, Senior Director and Senior Managers have no idea about new technologies and mostly works on lame excel reports. Can't understand even basic functionality of Power BI. I was only Microsoft Certified Power BI Developer and that too they laid off due to their ego and power of arrogance. This company doesn't entertain knowledge and skills acquired by you. Only bootlickers can survive here. They laid off good people after utilising them over a period of time.

Poor HR department in India. Poor management who doesn't allow leave for emergencies but Managers would be OOO all the time. Everise will hire people from families who are already working here.

Everything else. Something is very "off" about the way this company is doing business. They begin by gathering all your private personal information like copies of your DL, social security card, birth certificate, passport, and even tax returns before you even have a legitimate offer of a job. They are highly disorganized which leaves you piecing together what the real expectations are for them and made numerous calls to corporate to ask about your status and what further you should be doing. You would think this is a baby start up company because they dont seem like they have fin- tuned any business procedures or practices. No one really every knew what was going on. Many new starts were never notified of any report times.
