Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Nothing as such. The top management is pathetic and the way they are running the set-up feels like they are running a school.

Dislikes

...an hurt his ego. If you are and 'Yes Sir' person you are saved - Zero benefits - Salary delays - No comp off even when you work on weekends or holiday

Supportive colleagues. THAT IS IT.

Dislikes

...ver time and on weekends without being compensated in any manner whatsoever. 2. Salary deductions even if you are 10 minutes late. Genuine reasons are also not considered. Official timings are 9:30 to 6, but you will end up being stuck up in office till 8-9 (sometimes even till 10:30-11) because of work. 3. No wfh even in dire circumstances -- medical emergency. You either come to the office and work or have your salary deducted for the days you cannot travel to office. If you have leaves, you can avail them. 4. Mindset of the leadership.
