Good company for the career start. Better company to Join as a fresher, spent a year or a 2 learn the basics.

Dislikes

Low salary, hectic office politics, management of the Project department is the worst one, No growth , many more.

Once re-signed they hold entire salary. After resignation they don't paid pending salary. MD Anant Joshi sir is excellent person. Very very nice MD , excellent planning and execution of company operations. One of the best MD forever. Office people are totally uneducated. So needs to be replace entire back office people by new one.
