The people, culture, benefits and work were great.

Dislikes

They had 4 layoffs in 4 months. The leadership made some terrible decisions without listening to the users and when the company went to a loss, they fired 11% of their employees in an instant. There's no job security. When the leadership will change, they will fire everyone they want to and start hiring the next day.

Nothing specific. Fake happiness, fake smiles are generously doled out by HR team and leadership. Slack channels are always full of verbatim information which feels like noise.

Dislikes

No job security. Complete chaos during execution. Lack of inter team coordination. Huge number of teams. So basically it's hire and fire to keep the numbers rolling.
