The company doesn't ask too many reasons when leaves are informed in advance. They are extremely professional and friendly.

...rk according to my interests. They don't offer too much appraisal or promotions. It seems like they don't care much about existing employee's compensation.

They offer good compensation but all other things are terrible, no work life balance, you'll have to work for 11-12 hours, still your seniors will exploits you in the every way possible.

CAPS-07, this is the worst and pathetic department, don't ever think to join this company, if you're getting this department.

...ng are at 20 year high amid pandemic hence no diwali gift or any other support . Just expect salary or leave the company .

Unfortunately there is nothing to dislike about the company. They say very openly if you are ambitious and career progressive then this is the not the company to work for .

Evalueserve is a place to work when you dont expect good compensation or growth. A decent company to keep working for a longer period.

You donot get exceptionally compensated. Yearly appraisals are maxed at 12-15% and you do not get more wven if you excel

...eams. People have a very supportive culture here. Management is not pretty good. However salary or appraisal is something the company needs to revise. Other wise fantastic work environment, culture and one of the best companies to start your career with.

Little politics in teams among higher management. Compensation is something the needs to take care. Rest all is good.
