Salary is less and no other security. Also there is a lot of issue with the management. You can work there to learn the skill and for experience. Don't expect much from the company.

Very good work culture, well organized and disciplined staff. All the processes are completely transparent. Excellent work life balance, company cares about the employees a lot. Any issues will be sorted out immediately.

The working Environmental is good while working here at Europe Study Centre I feel being like a comfort zone here but we have to learn everything initially like what is the process going and how to handle students also satisfying them with course options and everything . While processing with Students we can also learn things with updated version. I have been here about more than two year now and I have not heard any grumbling about Management or even Co-staffs. I really loved it . I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career .My personal confidence level has gone up considerably .

Oops !! Saturday also full working day. But this is also a nice experience.

Working as Associate Counselor in Europe Study Centre here its really amazing as i always enjoy the support and the encouragement of the top management. It turned out to be a best career decision for me as i really grow here, have had a lot of knowledge and much more exposition to the education industry. This is a growing organization and it is the India's best talents for overseas education that need to be seed. The environment at Europe Study Centre is so encouraging that we by default feel the urge to put in extra efforts towards learning about different courses in different universities according to their requirements. The happiest thing is that all my efforts and my hard work is valued my Managing Director every now and then.

Only thing is that, every Saturday is a full working day.

Working as Senior Student Counselor in Europe Study centre for more than 6 years I found the management to be always supportive and approachable and had the best interest for us at heart.The work life balance is what I always admire and makes me so comfortable.The people and the atmosphere here is so awesome.Having a fantastic experience I would never want to chosen a different career path for my lifelong.I happy that I have been chosen for this role.I work with various university staff from different universities thereby gathering a great exposure and knowledge always.Great to work with like minded people and happy to help students for their education and development of skills.Cherishing experience !!!
