Too much micro politics on work. There is no value of your experience. Just you have follow the sr.commands . If you failed in that you will get PIP letter and they eat your current year promotion. Highly not recommended that organization for skilled employees. Don't look salery look your professional life . If you CHATU employee it's for you.

Timely salary. Some good people in department.

Dislikes

No work timings. People keep calls from 6 am without any respect to your work tyming. Anybody cn come and giv work. Lot of politics at higher levels. Office infrastructure is very bad.

Euronet worldwide company is good. Environment also good. And to learn lots in Euronet.

Euronet in very work and salary is very less. Lots of work there but salary is nothing. Facility's are bad, environment are bad, specially more politic is there. No promotion. No other activities for refreshments.

Overall it's a good organization but some of the departments are not good. Salary is on time and even increments are also good.Travelling facility is good.

Toxic culture No work life balance Work culture is not process oriented There is no value of designation and its not based on performance. 70% employees are on Off role even if you are till the level of Deputy manager. from Exceutive to till manager doing the same job You should be available 24*7 whatever problems you have Leaders are not actuals they are literally presurizing everyone without knowing expectation and worrying about there family and human life. Very high attrition rate. Especially cash team is working under full pressure and leaders are pushing them badly to get there job done.

Company is performing good over worldwide however Indian management is extremely unprofessional and Unethical.

Favouritism by directors. Only reference people are given preference here. They have a bad referal policy People who come on talent have no place . You have to be in good books of Managers who are not professional and ethical. No learning if you are independent and not a bootlicker. Please join only if you come by their referal policy.
