Company became too worse day by day. It's no more a product based company. Company culture spoiled alot. Recently many people are being fired. Even some of high profiles like SD, MD are fired. It's going in loss and people still trying to fake employees by giving fake hope.

.... Job security is 0. 4. Annual appraisal is very bad. 5. No on-site opportunity. No hike no appraisal. 6. 15 years 20 years experienced employees who doesn't even interested in learning new technologies very willing to spend their rest of their life this stupid technologies like vb.net wpf 7. I request anyone to not join this company for any reason and spoil your life.

Poor work life balance Poor appraisals Poor employee benefits No long term incentives Strict hybrid WFO policy No dedicated workspace in office Old tech stack Limited tax saving options No on site opportunities Most of the programs and projects have complex and poorly documented functionality that one would frequently find themselves struck with functional issues and seldom with solving technical challenges. The business is only concerned with new functionalities and does not provide enough bandwidth for technical advancements to be done.

Compensation is above the market average. The benefits provided are quite good.

Dislikes

The technologies being used are old. No exposure to cloud technologies. You will be hired/interviewed for a certain technology but chances are you might not get work with it. Furthermore, the work pressure and the cooperation/support from your leads and manager, I know it varies from team to team and person to person, but my experience wasn't that great.

Compensation is beyond the market standard. Free transport, Lunch and other facilities are also good.

...ow only I am not getting any time to eat or go out or have some personal time. They will pay you way more than the market standard (even more than your expectation). But you have to handle job of 2 3 man effort on your own. Work pressure is huge. And the deadline is very short. That makes life very hectic. Please avoid joining this company.
