Work culture. Most of the staff hired is not trained and approach to work is unprofessional. Reporting head hardly turns up for work so there is utter chaos in terms of team management. Mid level management staff are left to manage their own departments. There is no induction training for new employees. They are supposed to learn from older employees, who are themselves not clear and the principal is hardly in office to give clarity on any matter. A lot of advantage is taken of the employee friendly HR policies by principal and admin staff and the teachers and coordinators are left to handle things on their own. This at times leads to the academics handle a lot more than their JD.
