The only positive thing working here was that it was an educational institute. I got to learn many things including filling affiliations for ICSE.

... days for admin department was completely depended on the mood of the principal. We have worked for 18 days straight without comp off and pay cuts. The school withhold personal documents even after leaving the job.

Colleague and co-ordinators were approachable

Salary increment was not upto the mark and there is no respect for the old teacher and they want old teachers to leave so that they can hire new one with the least salary possible.

Good environment with friendly colleagues. Leadership team is supportive.

Dislikes

Work-life balance could be improved. Also teachers should get equal respect as parents. Sometimes, parents disrespect teachers for any reason. School management should not pamper parents too much.

Euro School CBSE Wakad west campus is one of the amazing schools really amazed with curriculum and team of teachers. It's having enthusiastic teachers and management. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯👏👏👏👏

There is no clarity for the teachers on academics as well as administration, the school is totally chaotic. The co-ordinators are unaware of or careless about majority of the issues wrt exams, events and hence everything is done at the last minute. If anything goes wrong, the Homerooms are blamed. No opportunity for any skill enhancement, appraisal is fishy. The principal lacks the ability to take charge and control of the school leadership. Working with this organisation is only going to deteriorate your skill set and the experience that you gain would be totally useless in any other school.
