There is nothing to like except Salary. They gives good salary as compare to other schools, but they hold the one-month salary and also give your salary very late by 15 days. i.e, for June month salary, you will get it on 15th July. I am repeating my words again there is nothing good in this school. Please think multiple times before joining it and at last say NO.

Dislikes

...VE POLICY. You are not suppose to take any leave without any medical urgency (i.e, there is no Casual or personal leave), if you take, then salary will cut. 6. They always call teachers on school holidays. 7. There is no process or system to follow. 8. After 8-9 hours of working in school, they expect you to work 2-3 hours more at your home. 9. Coordinator will always disturb you at your home even on sundays and there is no call time, she used to call you at 10pm night. 10. They are holding your one month salary+no salary for June (Summar vacation) month. 11. Also, you will get your salary 15 days delay.

Likes

The company is somewhat decent. The team mates which had to work was really great. We had a lot opportunities to gain experience from some of the senior staff members. When it comes to we worked as a team and outshine as one team. I have nothing much to complain about.

Dislikes

Well as I said before it was decent place to work. but the growth was really slow and the work pressure was very high sometimes. The manger didn't value an individuals commitment and work effort. There was no on-job training for freshers, hence senior member of the staff have guided me throughout. That was one of main positives.
