I had disappointing experience working at Eureka windoor system Private Limited. There is a lack of job security, and the working environment was far from ideal. The management style was overly bossy. And the management suffered from poor managerial Practices. Unfortunately, the work atmosphere was toxic, with little room for personal or professional growth. I found conditions to be unfavourable, and the behavioural of some in workplace made it an even more challenging experience. I won’t recommend this company to those who looking for a positive and productive in work environment. This review is very honest and professional.

It's is trading company not a pan India company using china profile material and in market they committed false communication to a employee and also a distributors totally worst company

Eureka has a great vision and the management is doing its best in motivating the employees. There are challenges everyday and given room to apply your ideas.

Dislikes

The production site is far away from city, but understandable that the factory is in industrial area.

It was a great experience working at Eureka for me..Not only is the colleagues and top management is co-operative but also maintains a healthy atmosphere to work.I wouldn't have left the company if my husband was not switching .

I wish there could have been better infrastructure and Saturday off..
