... without experience letters. The can remove any time depending upon thier mood. They cut yóur salary if you're late 3 times. They don't have a logout time , sometimes you're required to work 9am -9 pm. If you're late 5 mins from break Someone from different team manager will also try remove you from office. You're arrrested in office because mobile phones are not allowed, if caught using mobile phones you will be terminated. You're working with a secret company so they don't want you to use mobile lol. Your juinior might get more increment than you and sometimes your junior will also lead you, there is no standard process for Increment. Sometimes someone calls out thier own friends for Increment and pick increment percent also as they desire, while others strive hard to get more than 30% increment. Location is Far away from Station and Job here is very risky. You should forget your family calls during work here as you're on mission like Soldier lol.

Everything here is a dislike from work to salary to management and also work life balance including leaves. Everyday here is a disappointment. You will be treated as some worker not an employee.

Poor management Project leads or so called Project managers are pathetic .. almost with ZERO knowledge They just come to office to enjoy their Love life with other Project lead / Manager Toxic environment overall , No growth Some fool are there working since ages , doing nothing and just digging salary from company
