Day by day increase inflation rate by percentage but salary increases not give like that. To be improve in canteen facilities. Along with working health also important for that purpose 5 day working require (Because we are working in hormone and oncology area)

Job security On time salary and corporate policy No pressure in Shifts. Paying for over times.

Worst Bus Facility and Canteen facility. Security Guards Feels like they are the company owner. HR persons are uneducated, USFDA approved organization but not following minimal SOP. Three Years Agreement Bond.

Salary hike is good appraisal are good for executive not for operator. Executive having more work load than operator

Not suitable for experience candidates in eugia degree matters not knowledge. B pharm fresher getting executive post and bsc + 9 years experience persons getting operator post
